The dealer can definitely activate it, it's a setting in PIWIS. Now... will the dealer actually do it? Hard to say. My 2013 with entry and drive didn't chirp until I installed a smarttop module (I have a cab). For some reason, it started chirping after that.

Many of the cases of 'intermittent' chirping are solved with replacing the module that makes the chirping.

My 991.2 alarm beep is the same as my wife's Audi SQ5.

No, you don't have a problem. The dealer can activate beep/chirp and/or lights flash if you want it. The problem is the dealer may want to charge you to do it.
