Default PCM CHRONO

Does anyone know how to stop CHRONO on dash to stop ticking all the time? I've reset it but it auto starts up. I've read the manual but can't seem to find out how. TIA

Go into your dash settings and theres a selection to either use the Chrono as a clock or as a stopwatch. The later will put the hands at 12 o'clock and they will not move.

Go Settings - Date & Time and uncheck the box that says Time - Chrono.

I thought the same thing when I picked mine up and quickly changed them to stop moving.

Wayne.

The real trick is to get it to stop on 9:11 😀!

This was my 997.2. I don't have a pic of my 991 but it can be done!

So if I want the CHRONO on the dash to display the clock time, it will continue to tick?

Yes, it is separate from the sport chrono clock.

Keep the RPM above 6,000 and it won't bother you a bit.
