Congrats! Great looking car. I drove a GTS last weekend with the manual transmission and I was very surprised! Wicked fun to drive. Heal toe yourself in sport mode or let the car do it for you in sport plus! Enjoy in good health.

Beautiful.

Now you just need to get some clear side markers.

Beautiful! Great build; it really melds the "sport" and "luxury" together nicely.

I really considered that exact combo, but had already owned a GT Silver/Cocoa Porsche for 7 years up till 2013, and just didn't want to go back to exactly the same (or very nearly) spec. But it is surely beautiful.

Any chance you could blow the pictures up a little? I had trouble making out any details.

Anybody know why the engine cover louvers with the ducktail are "S" style instead of the standard black GTS louvers ? Is it just aesthetics or some other reason?

I've read speculation that perhaps the aero is affected such that sufficient intake or cooling air isn't drawn into engine compartment with Ducktail and black louvers. I've read speculation that high-speed aero either a) was tested and turned out bad with that combo, or b) they didn't want to test yet another combo and just went with the already-tested combo.

I was bummed at first, since I wanted the retro grill. But it's absence is not something I ever notice or miss, and the Duck is too darn cool, so I'm happy.

Yes, that's next. I already have them, but am having some difficulty getting them off the car. Now that the car is wrapped, I won't be as afraid to use some aid to get them off.

Yeah, sorry about that. I'm not sure how the pics got so big. I need to play around with some setting before posting any more pics.

Thanks for the kind words. I went through an anxious 3 weeks last Nov. finalizing the build, and was able to make final changes the day before build lock date (it moved up by 2 weeks without warning). I'm happy with how the car turned out. If I had to do it again, I would just go with the silver Carrera S wheels (vs painting them body color) as I intend to get a set of HREs. I think I won't be changing anything else after that.
