Just sayin.

I went for a ride this morning to a meeting I had and just put the car away for the day. What an unbelievable mode of transportation. Makes the most mundane errand exciting.

I love the wheels! Great job on the build.

Agree!!! I like the fact that it is different, as compared to Lambo or McLaren BRIGHT BRIGHT orange. The GT3 RS that I saw in the showroom had so much variation depending upon the angle.

Enjoy it!

My local dealer just received a lava GTS. Definitely stands out in a sea of black, silver, and white cars.

I just upgraded my key for only $18 via eBay. Now I always have an orange Porsche near me.

Yes, mine came from Hong Kong as well, took less than a week. It appears the seller has upped the price a few dollars since I bought mine.

It has not the black GTS grill. Should that be because of the aero spoiler?

Yes. GTSes with either of the ducks revert to the normal body-color rear grille.

As I'm an old-time Porsche guy it occurred to me that since the original Porsche crests were orange & black instead of the current red & black. Sure enough, Porsche is remaking the orange and black crests for older cars, and true to Porsche ethos, they have the exact same mounting positions for the posts.

I realize it's not for everyone, but I like to hotrod/personalize things a bit, and what's better than an orange hood crest on an orange Porsche? The fact that it ties into Porsche's history and is a factory part made it even cooler for me. Here's a picture of the 'new' old crest installed and the original factory crest getting ready to be packed away for posterity:
