My Sapphire Blue Cabriolet European Delivery...

T-3 weeks, and so it begins... it seems like a very long time ago (11/6/14 to be precise) when I placed my order with Brett Payne (aka super salesman he really is awesome, I cannot praise him too highly)...

Today I went over to Sonnen and chatted with Brett while my paperwork was
prepared, I signed on the dotted line, and I am now the proud lessee of a
2015 991 GTS Cabriolet (see the Porsche code in my sig for the build).

I received my ED Program folder with all sorts of goodies and information in
it and now all I have to do is get on a plane May 15th and collect my new toy!

Good news... no front number plate drilled...

reading the paperwork included in my ED Program folio look what I found:

good news for everyone that was concerned about ED drilling the bumper!

Congrats! The ED experience is something I would like to enjoy one day as well. Post up a few pics when you return.

totally will, might even upload a few while on the road (all depends on hotels wifi etc) ... tick tock tick tock ... are we there yet?

I thought you had to purchase the car for ED. Didn't realize you could lease it. Other than not having the car for 1-2 months while it's on the boat after your ED is anything different from a regular lease?
