I did front fenders forward including the mirrors.... if I had to do it again I would have added in the headlights.

911 needs full hood at least. partial fenders usually okay since they are horizontal. headlamp protection. bumper of course. mirrors. also A pillar and leading edge of roof is never much more. seen way too many cars with a rock chip above the windshield.
what area are you in? also not all film is created equal. I recommend Xpel ultimate.

I did the clear bra from the windshield forward and opti-coated the whole car. LOVE the opti-coat. Just hose the car off and its clean, wheels and calipers too. 2600+ miles on Seattle roads, car is spotless and has only once been touched by a wash micro-fiber on the front bumper area. Wish I had known about it when I got my black Mini.

I did the full front end... bumper, hood, fenders, headlights, turn signals, mirrors, A-pillars, and front edge of the roof. Followed that with a coat of Opticoat Pro over the entire car including the paint protection film. Highly recommended, particularly if you drive year round in the winter.

Car looks great and I've already seen evidence of a few "saves" as a result of the film.

Agree with the other posts before this....
I would also add that you should film the underside of the rear bumper cover, the area immediately behind the rear wheels. Especially if you have 15mm spacers on the rears like I do. Washing a while ago, i realized just how 'rough' the finish on the bumper is at that spot, presumably from a ton of small road rocks and other grit hitting that area more directly due to the wheels sitting out a bit further than stock on my C4S. Wish I had noticed this earlier....

I put the new 3M Pro Series film on my C2S. The gloss level matches perfectly. It is a little thinner than other films (and slightly more expensive) but well worth it in my opinion.
I did hood, fenders, mirrors, and front facia. I was warned against headlights as the headlights have their own factory installed film and there have been issues with de-lamination if additional paint protection film is installed.
