The Macan continues to shine and keep Porsche moving along with CPO sales. Sports cars sales continue to suffer while GT3 and GT3 RS mania is at an all time high without enough cars being produced to go around. Go figure.
By the way, 911 sales were down in 2016 over 2015.
991.1 sales prices showing great stability in 2016 going into 2017. Some GTS's and 50th cars were selling for LESS 1-1.5 yrs ago!
Maybe "Naturally Aspirated" has some more meaning than just nostalgia. See HP and torque #'s for NA 4.0 991.2 GT3. A piece of art.

Oh no, the Lime Gold C2S popped back up on CARMAX. Still treading water at $73k, but it's in Irvine, CA now.

In a couple of weeks I am planning to sell my 2014 991 C4S. Arizona car, always garaged.
PDK, Sport design steering wheel, power steering plus, Moonroof,Sports Chrono, Park assist, Bi-Xenon headlights, smoking package, Sports exhaust,PDCC, Platinum wheels, Aerokit Cup, Bose, Premium Package, 18 way seats.
I have also installed the Passport 9500 with rear view integrated read out, and a front/rear dash cam. CPO until 11/8/2019. Dealer has also installed a center radiator to keep the car nice and cool during the hot summers, upgraded my rotors to girodiscs and have yellow pagids. Expel front, side and rear quarters.
I have done 3 PCA sponsored track days which were absolutely a blast. Planned to do more and purchased a set of track tires/wheels but have not had much time and now it is time to go overseas. I have to sell it.
Question: should I market the car as a track ready car and include the track tires/wheels or would that scare buyers away?
Also, do you think $79 k is a good price?

Hey STG, thanks. It's not yet "done" because it's not in my garage. Hopefully soon, so then I'll go public with pics, details, etc. Kind of a cool back story as well which I'll also share.
