I don't think 2013 C4S's came with centerlocks standard, and I don't see it on the options sheet. If real centerlocks, a conversion?
It looks like the lug cover is made to look like a centerlock. The listing noted that an aftermarket winter setup is included, and those are decent wheels

Those O.Z. fake centerlock wheels are actually very good. Some of the lightest wheels out there, did not hear of reliability issues and have paint that you can fix like body paint.

I bet that the size of those wheels for the winter tire set is not OEM wheel size, though. Might be slimmer.

Anyone local to the Colorado Springs dealer go check out the two white C4S's?

Off of the top of my head, 2013 added these options:

Jukebox
Entry & Drive Option
Aerokit Cup Spoiler Option
X51 Option
And of course the C4 & C4S came out in 2013.

I am sure there are many more, though, that I am forgetting.
I have Entry & Drive on my 2012.5

Wow, I honestly thought that was added in '13 (I had a launch car that was fairly loaded and it was not on there.) You don't have the Jukebox, though, right? I was pretty sure that was a 2013 add-on.

I will edit my post to reflect the entry & drive.

Yeah, all of those COV problems should have be taken care of by now if not by campaign then by warranty. Or in the case of my experience - both!

The previous owner for my previous 2012.5 had COV's replaced under a campaign....and when I owned it, I also the same COV's replaced under warranty after they failed. I was pretty sure that the third set of COV's in my 2012.5 were good to go after that, though!

(Heater failed - COV and PSE failed - COV)

About an hour drive each way for me, but was thinking of heading down this weekend to take a look if the weather doesn't suck...

Don't get the new guys nervous. COV's aren't a huge deal.

I hope a HFS follower buys it, and quick! This won't last.

Manual Sport Design 991.1

Someone was looking for one! I forget?? Too many cars, buyers, and stories to keep track of.
