Dealers page also lists a bunch of mods (great) which I assume mean that it can't be CPO (bad).

Carfax lists at least 7 "Body electrical system checked". Anyone guess what that's all about?

Didn't see the mods, but a bonus. Prob correct on the no CPO. You'd have to ask about the elec system checks. I know they are a standard thing, but not sure about the frequency.

I looked at this car when I was buying mine back in December. John's a great guy and helped me out even though I didn't buy his car. This particular car has some overrevs beyond range 2 from what I remember. You'll have to ask him for the report but it was enough for me to shy away on the advice of my mechanic.
