It doesn't have too many miles, but with those miles and no CPO it's worth 64 or so.

For the "average" 911 it is in the higher mileage range. Regardless of the miles, anything is a good deal at the right price.
For 77K you can find a car with lower mileage and let yourself rack them up afterwards.

I agree with this. Higher than usual miles and no CPO, I would be looking for a much better price. Or find another one with lower miles.

Agree with everything that's been expressed OP. I'm just finishing up a deal on a '12 C2s launch, sticker @ $125K, with CPO through 8/18, for $76K.

With 20K miles it's a decent deal. If you're happy with the color and condition go for it! Nice job.
Back to the OP: For the 38K miles, 113K sticker, and no CPO it's over priced.
Prices have dropped some over the past 6 months since I bought my 2012.5

sorry, comparison doesn't help much if I don't provide mileage. Car has
20K, and 20K service was just done. If you purchase the one you're looking at, don't forget the 40K service is right around the corner, and you should factor that into your negotiations.
