I finally got some dry weather to take a few pictures of my new GTS that I got last Thursday. Sun was not fully up, and the pictures are from an iPhone, but good enough to let you see what she looks like. As I said in an earlier post, I traded my 2012 997 GTS in on this one. Love it so far, but haven't driven it much because of the weather. Biggest change for me was the PDK. I have been driving 911's since the mid 80's, and all have been manual. Not trying to start another PDK vs manual debate, just pointing out I wanted to try a PDK this time. So far, I really like it. The detail of the GTS Interior Communication Package does not show up well in the picture.

Yes, only the tach. I thought that was strange also since the Porsche configurator says that the instrument dials (plural) are Carmine Red with the Carmine Red GTS Interior Communication Package. I asked my dealer about it to make sure there was not a mistake and he said no mistake. I actually like it that way. It makes the tach really standout.

Ya, the GTS interior package comes with either a Carmine Red tach or Rhodium Silver tach. Not a mistake.

Very nice. The coolest thing about your pics was that I looked at the trees and thought "hmm, looks like the Triangle!" Then I saw that you're in NC. If you are indeed in the triangle and I see you around, I'll honk. I'll be the one in the Agate Grey GTS cab that I just picked up last week. SO SWEET aren't they?!!!

Congrats! awesome ride indeed. Here is a cell pic of the gauges in all red. Same color combo as mine. I opted for the metallic white. I cant tell if yours is also metallic. Enjoy in good health!

Correct. And I think it looks better (more balanced) than the 4/5 red gauges option.

Ramphaus, not to hijack the thread, but I've been waiting to ask someone with a GTS Cab -

The pictogram in my Carrera 2 GTS Cab's MFD reads "Carrera S" rather than "Carrera GTS". Could you tell me if yours is the same?

GSIRM. Congratulations. Your car is beautiful. What is your opinion on seeing it of the value of the interior/'communication' package? Looks like it has some cool features but seems pretty expensive.

It is expensive, but the car is too. I debated whether to get Alcantara or leather interior. I finally decided on Alcantara, but only if I got the Communication Package. It looks great with the contrasting stitching, in my case red, the carbon fiber trim, leather dash, red tach, GTS logo on seat headrests, and a few other goodies. For me, it really made the car look special.

I couldn't get the deal I was looking for at Performance although I've bought 2 cars from them...Went to Leith and while I was there Porsche Tyson's Corner called me. They found the same care that Performance had found up north (there was only one agate grey gts cab manual around) and made the deal. So I flew up to DC and drove it down.
