Default Is there anything better?

40 degrees here in Southern PA, took the car out after a 3 week hibernation. Oil temp 234 degrees, check. Reeving to 7,000, check. Sport exhaust on, check. Windows cracked slightly with heated seats on, check. Pure happiness and forgetting problems, check. It's been said before, but bears repeating, we are very luck to be trustees of these incredible machines- I say trustees as there are no used Porsches, only new owners.

Happy Holidays, peace and happiness to all!!

+1 Great expression, I hope you don't demand a royalty if I reuse it from time to time!

I can't take full credit I "leveraged" an old Porsche sales campaign from my youth!

This is one of the best experiences in a car when the weather is from 40 - 50 degrees. Sometimes I will even just open the sunroof with the heated seats on.

Well Patek Philippe kind of beat you to it BB. "You never actually own a Patek Philippe, you merely look after it for the next generation." Although in their case its pure BS. Even after I assured them I'd look after it they refused to send the bill to the next generation. So screw you PP, I went with Grand Seiko Spring Drive Divers 200m. Limited Edition. You can keep your Calatrava. Ha!

Ha! Good one! Hardly anyone even knows about these let alone has one. Congratulations. For those who don't know its as close to a metaphor for a Porsche as you can get. Both look so much better in person than in photo's, both feel and wear and function even better than they look, and both only get better as time goes by. I'm with you: mine's a dead man's watch too.
