Congrats! That is easily the lightest optioned GTS I've seen to date... nice work holding yourself back. I tried to do the same and failed miserably.

New to the thread. Congrats and enjoy. I'm glad to see that you dropped the 748 Power folding mirrors. Also surprised nobody picked that up.

Nice build and congrats. I have self dimming mirrors on my 997 but tinted right away. Wonder if they help with rear tint?

I want SportDesign mirror so I had to delete power folding mirror.

update

I picked up my car on April 2, 2015. But I had to go out of country on business a few days later. Finally came back after 2-3 weeks.

I have been driving it almost daily for a few weeks now.

LOVE IT!!!

This is my first 911 so I have nothing to compare it to. But the handling is firm and the steering is crisp. I am really glad I bought the car just wish I had done so years ago.

Thinking about doing clear bra on my white car. I want to do full hood, bumper, fenders, head lights and mirrors. Any suggestion on which brand and $?

All these GTS threads almost made me change my C2S order to a GTS today.

I've got Black LEDs on my TT order. To be honest, because they are just as dark as Xenon's, from an aesthetic point, you probably won't notice much difference until you turn them on. However, I do see more and more 991's equipped with the LED's nowadays.

Ducktail is really a personal preference. I really love it it sometimes, but then again I really like the vanilla look of the rear too...

I had Xpel Ultimate put on all the parts you mentioned, plus the rear bumper. The small OEM patches on the front of the rear fenders aren't holding up well, so I'll probably replace them with Xpel. Very pleased with the product. I've got one small "chip" through the material on the hood, but it protected the paint and that's the whole point. I think I paid $1400 for the front clip and $300 for the rear bumper. One additional piece I added from the small roof strip in front of the sunroof, just above the windshield.

Thanks for the info. I will add front portion of the roof as well (sun roof delete on my GTS).
