You're a brave man, Nick, in light of your previous experience. But it's good news that you are returing to Porsche. Respect . I really enjoy your videos and especially your sense of humour. Keep them coming!

Great news Nick - it really is a special car.
You should see what dealer wants to show the world how it's really done and take care of you to make this one special - I'm sure the exposure (positive this time) would be well worth it.
Have fun configuring!

After watching your Youtube review portion comparing the M4 to the 991, what made you decide that the 991 is livable as a daily driver, when you reported that you felt the 991 was noisey and not comfortable for more than a one hour drive?
I currently have a 2013 BMW F10 (535 x Drive) but have always wanted a 911. I test drove one last fall and was impressed with how much more civil the 991 is compared to the 997. Still, getting back into my F10 was a pleasant change as it is quiet, comfortable and smooth - of course no sports car.
So, what has changed in your mind to make a switch back to a 991 as a daily driver? I wonder if I could make the switch as it would have to be a year round daily driver for (sun, rain & snow).
Thanks,
"struggling with the decision"

But frankly, the East German car fits better the Zeitgeist of the People's Republic of California today and I want to be, as always, politically correct!

Welcome back, Nick. I enjoy your videos. Will you choose manual or PDK on the new 911?

This to me is the best part of the story. Anyone hearing even bits here and there would think Porsche builds overpriced pieces of crap. In fact a brief check of YouTube comments shows people saying pretty much exactly that. But anyone following closely would also have heard Nick talking about how he still enjoys it even with all the problems. And now after just 4 months he's buying another one. What seems at first glance to be all negative turns out in the end to be maybe one of the strongest testaments to the 911 around.

Great news Nick. Having spoken to you I knew it was only a matter of time.....
But all joking aside, will you use the same dealership?

... I'm not sure you are correct, Eduardo - the 2 stroke would not go over so well, me thinks.
Cheers to you both,
Martin
