you can have standard carrera S wheels.

I suspect someone would happily swap front ends with you .

Welcome back, Nick. I hope your next 991 brings you all of the positives and none of the negatives of your last one. I look forward to the ED footage.

Not like we couldn't see this one coming from a mile away!

Driving my 911 was special and I just don't feel the same way about the BMW.
There's a friend of mine, raced flat-track, set lap records in a 911SC he built, ran a Porsche shop for 40 years, hard-core road-warrior even in retirement. One day he's telling me about some race car Bondurant put him in. Just going on and on about how great this car was. Finally, at the very end, he says, "of course its not a Porsche."

Its like hinckley said, "if you're a driver and want to drive everyday, Porsche has just nailed it... No one else gets it like Porsche gets it."

So, for me anyway, the only question in this whole epic saga was: are you a driver? Even though you dropped a lot of hints it was hard to be sure. But now we know: Nick's a driver!

Congratulations!

Nick, welcome back into the fold. Try to test drive a Turbo. I did back in June, and then I wound up placing an order in mid-August. Picked up the car on Monday. The Turbo is an absolute beast. It's just insane. But in no matter what variant, I think a 911 will satisfy you more than the M4. Hope your next one is trouble free from day 1.

Nick you should consider a GT3 if you can find an allocation. I traded in my C4S for one

I have no desire to drive a Lambo or a Ferrarri. No one else gets it like Porsche gets it. Good luck with choosing your next 911.
I share your BMW history (since 1984), although the most recent model I still have is an E34 M5 Touring. I still love the straight six sound, but to quote my wife after she spent several months in the 991 as a daily driver "you can sell my other cars".

Welcome back Nick, I love the videos (the E24 M6 was classic).

Assuming they agree to sell him one.

Welcome back Nick. Your videos are a close second to Seinfeld's Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee.

Nice Nick! So Great to Get you back in the fold...

My Bro in. law bought his M4 at same time I bought my Cab2S...Naturally, he made a comment about how you went from C2S to M4...It'll be fun to have him bring this newest turn of events!

Welcome back. Your initial tubes helped convince me to buy mine!

I can empathize Nick. The M4 is no comparison to the 911 for driving enjoyment, and mine is just a little old 997!
