Gorgeous cars. Curious what it's like at Monterey, looks like quite an amazing experience.
P.s. For anyone wondering what "Rijkspolitie" means on that 356; It's Dutch for (loosely translated) National Police. I just learnt that our police used Porsches before the this type of 911 Targa:

That 918 may just be the more beautiful car I've ever seen. What a shame they are so costly - I'd go way past my financial comfort level to own one of those, but that's not even close to the price they get for one. Spectacular.

Dark blue is the best color on any car, this is the definitive proof.

I'm gaga for the dark blue 918 also, how refreshing to see it in a "different" color than the regular silvers and greys.
I also heard from another source that the all green McLaren P1 pictured is chassis number #002, meaning it belongs to someone pretty important in the Macca world.

I still can't believe its over 5 grand extra to get a green 911 these days. Such an iconic color on such an iconic car and it's relegated to "paint to sample" like you're trying to get Mary Kay pink.

By the way, the red F1 pictured is also Ferrari Rosso. Its original owner had it repainted from silver years ago by a local paint and body shop in Midland TX rather than going back to Woking for a respray. Folks who've seen it up close say the quality is impeccable.
