Default Best Detail Shop in LA?

Anyone have recommendations for detail shops in LA? I know a few in Orange County but that's a bit of a hike. The car wash guys that I use in one of the parking lots do a great wash, but I'm not sure I'm ready to have them detail the car.

Call Daniel at Car Connoisseur. https://www.facebook.com/TheCarConnoisseur. He frequently works with Robert at Auto Concierge in the Bay Area on major 100+ hour corrections. Robert was able to squeeze in my 2014 C2S for an initial paint correction, between some major jobs they we doing.

Long time since I posted on here, but didn't get a lot of responses. Wondering if anyone else had new suggestions. I went to Lavaggio and they did a decent job. The Car Connoisseur never got back to me.

I’m from South Florida and wouldn’t hesitate to use Glistening Perfection if I was local. Not that there aren’t others, but I’ve followed some of their work and that’s who I’d use. http://www.glisteningperfection.com/

To coin a phrase, If you want something done right....

Seriously, I've never seen a professional job as good as I can do it home. Call it the pride of ownership factor. It's not brain surgery and it's not difficult. It just takes some time and concentration. Now what I do my F-150, that's work! In comparison, the 911 is a walk in the park.

Totally agree with you. Unfortunately, I live in an apartment and the logistics to do anything myself are horrible.

I'm not local but my car makes the trek twice a year to see Moe and his staff.

Moe is in OC not LA, but yes if you’re in LA it’s worth the drive to OC for Glistening Perfection.

I'm going to pile on and tell you Moe is the best. I'm in LA and it's the only place I'll go.

He also has loaner cars you can use while he works on your car.

Did you call? Freddie answers the phone - His entire business is repeat and referral - he could care less about yelp. He moved to 11305 Santa Monica Blvd.

I wasn't aware that he moved, but I can confirm that he is great.

Gave him a call. You're right, he moved and said he doesn't care about Yelp
