How Much Should I pay for an in stock '14 991 TTS
I know there are plenty of discussions out there about "average" sale price under MSRP and what is and is not a good deal, but those discussions tend not to be too model specific. With that in mind I am considering a '14 991 TTS that a dealer has in stock. Sticker is 193,240. I'm also wondering how the availability of MY15 cars will play into the mix. Here are the specs:
0Q - White
342 - Seat heating (front)
541 - Seat Ventilation (Front)
581 - Luggage net in passenger footwell
583 - Smoking package
625 - Porsche Entry & Drive
638 - ParkAssist (Front and Rear) incl. Reversing Camera
651 - Sunroof
658 - Power Steering Plus
AZ - Black leather interior
CGJ - Sport Chrono clock dial in White
CUJ - Fuse box covers in leather
P3M - Burmester® High-End Infotainment Package
XFJ - Instrument dials in White
XSC - Porsche Crest on headrests
XXD - Door-Sill Guards in Carbon, Illuminated
ZAB - Ornamental Porsche Crest
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Dealers in this area already have 2015 turbo S listed on their sites. 3 listed at Paul Miller at $187-193 MSRP. 3 more at Jack Daniels - one of which is $215,000 (GT2 will be have to be $275-300,000!)
Adding 2014 MY into the equation, there are plenty in stock and ready for delivery. Take your pick.

At least 10% off sticker is what I say. I got 9% off sticker on my custom ordered car. You can also try my tactic - tell them you are buying a 991 TTS no matter what and its just a matter of which dealer will give you the $___,000 price. My dealer was like, ok.

I applaud all of these people (if you believe what you read, it's nearly "everyone") who can get 10% off on their new Porsche. The reality is that most people do not get that kind of discount. Especially on a Turbo.
My dealer was selling the Turbo S for sticker. Now the demand has slacked off, they've got one in stock and a non-S as well, so they may give you a small discount. 10%? Not likely.
So, my answer is, it depends on where you live, it depends on the dealer, and it depends on where you live. You really should fill out your profile a bit more thoroughly (i.e. location).

Properly negotiated, a "new" 2015 can be had at a 3-6% discount if you order now.
And yes the dealer you choose plays into the equation, pick one that has significant allocations, otherwise they need to maximize their profit per unit.
Add: To your point averaging the discounts over the last 2 1/2 years will show most folks have not been getting 10% off MSRP.
The reason is demand of new models within the 991 line. Sequentially (I hope I got it reasonably close) when the base, "S" C4/S, Turbo, GT3, 50 and Targa became available for customer order/purchase little or no discount was available. Yes and some (greedy...?) dealerships charged ADM. As the 991 matures picking one of these will allow nominal but better discounts (read: 1-3%) than previously offered. When the GTS, GT2, GT2RS etc etc enter the scene..................well you know.
Anyway, good luck my friend.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that there's probably a lot of hoopla and demand when a new generation Turbo and/or Turbo S comes out, and the early adopters will most likely have to pay full boat.
At today's mega prices for one, I would imagine that "gotta have" demand is met pretty early, and later buyers should receive discounts consumerrate with what they would get on any other 911 variation. Sure seems like there's lots of Turbos on the ground if you do a quick search of Porsche dealers. If your dealer won't give you a healthy price on one, find another dealer.

As far as price goes I would look on the door frame and determine the build date, a more recent one may be worth a percentage point more. If the car was built more recently say nothing, if it has been around for awhile point that out.
