Thanks for the info! I'll take some photos next opportunity...garage pics don't do the car justice.

Good point about the country specific models. I'm selfish, I only count US ones (plus the Sport Classic because it was awesome).
Note to self - do not post (type) with velvet glove!

I think their tax is 10% higher than USA - our Canadian friends can shed more light.

]I am a researchoholic so didn't feel like work!

It would be great if you could get some confirmed numbers, here is what I have from Porsche annual report; 2012 = a total of 826 sports (mid & rear engine) sold out of total 2030 cars. 2013 no specific 911 or sports data but total reported is 2229 with strong growth for 911 reported. So I think actual 911 sales for 2013 in Switzerland is around 700 (+/-10%) which would translate to 48 x 50th cars.

That figure could well be higher as US had 10% less cars than their 34.6% 911 market share deserved, on the other hand I don't expect new markets such as Asia & Africa would have picked up their natural allocation either. So where did these cars go - my bet is on Germany, Belgium, Holland, Switzerland, Canada & possibly GB so it could well be more than 48.[/QUOTE]

Yes, the cars in Canada are more expensive than in the US. It is true for the vast majority of cars. This was the case when our dollar was virtually at par, or even slightly more than the US dollar. My car would have been cheaper had I bought it in the US.

Now that the Canadian dollar has gone down, cars here will only get more expensive in the future.

Thanks.

Richard
My number is 230, not 250. Sorry about the confusion, I geuss I was so much preoccupied with the GT3, I got the number wrong. The options are:

Geyser Grey
Classic interior with leather/cloth seats in Agate Grey/Geyser
PDCC incl PASM Sport Suspe
PDK
Seat Heating Front
Entery & Drive ParkAssist (front and rear)
Sunroof in Glass
Bose Surround Sound Sirius XM
Adaptive Sport Seats Plus (18-way) with Memory

I may list it soo to sell it. I have 1050 miles on it.

I think 50th is one of the nicest 911s that was ever produced. It steals the show even next to two gorgeous GT3s

One for sale here in the UK:

Looks utterly wonderful, although I'm biased :-)

That must be list price.

Looks like a reasonable premium, similar spec to mine, although it has basic sports seats and the addition of a sunroof, so maybe original list was around £101-102k? Seems to be the only one for sale in the UK at the moment..
