Some online research reveals that there are two ships leaving Emden for San Diego in July so the actual dates will align to one or the other absent some extended delay in production (ships scheduled to leave 7/18 and 7/29 arriving 8/13 and 8/27 respectively, subject to the vagaries of ocean travel). I have attached the relevant schedules from both VW logistics and the shipping firm. Of the two, the shipping firm seems to be more authoritative.

I think the 7/18 is too tight. Most probably it will be on the 29th. Mine was built on the 21st or earlier. I called them on the 21st and I was informed that my car was already finalized. Hoping for the 23rd of July but I think the 29th is doable. My scheduled shipping date is on the 8th of August. But last year, I got a 2 weeks ahead of schedule.

What I find funny when ordering bespoke cars from Porsche is the lack of people ordering fire Extinguishers. What are they about $140 now? And it can save you, your passenger's or a bystander's life. So no matter the situation the value of one's life is invaluable. It's the best Option anyone can ever purchase.
