Default Tire pressure settings

Where do you recommend setting the tire pressure settings?

There are four settings:
Comfort - Partial Load
Comfort - Full Load
Normal - Partial Load
Normal - Full Load

I have mine set to Normal - Partial Load.

Comfort - Partial Load. Good for any speed you'll see on this side of the Pond on a non-closed course.

My service advisor strongly cautioned me against using the comfort setting if I plan to exceed 100mph.

Don't believe me: read the owner's manual. It sets forth the maximum speed for comfort pressures.

My manual is in my 991 which is in the garage.

However, my memory jives with the "Good to Know" app, which I just checked, and 165mph is the maximum permissible speed for comfort pressures.

The Normal pressures are Porsche Lawyer pressures to ensure that the car is as safe as possible for folks that want to go out on the autobahn at 3 am for a top speed run to see if it really will do 200 mph (or whatever.)

At that speed you have to 'over-pressure' the tires to reduce heat generation from side wall flex: up the pressure, stiffer side wall, less flex, less heat generation at speeds where a tire section has almost no time to dissipate heat before it rotates back to the pavement.
