Thanks Jean as i could see here its a 30mph gap gear to gear. Technically I need to be in sport plus but in manual in order to shift at these exact point because it automatic its shifting on its own? is that correct??

Best shifting point is 6,720 RPMs in 2nd. and 3rd. which is very close to where the car will shift in Sport + automatic mode by itself.. I would just let the car do it on its own and focus on the road and keeping your foot all the way down, it will take around 5.4s to go from 30-100Mph.

Thanks, also i realized your 993 was done by protomotive? how do you like it? there the ones that are going to be working on my car this summer tune,exhaust and filters.
