I sent a text to my salesman.... If window's not closed, adding the instrument surround. Thanks for the recommendation @Tony007!

Power steering Plus ? Driven both with and without and I have to say I liked it. I know some don't however. Just makes load speed manoeuvring that little bit easier.

Darth Vader on line 2. He says he called for his car 20 minutes ago. He sounds pissed.

Great feedback @Tony007, thought the same about the door sills. Now you are making we wonder if I should add them as well, ha!

Did anyone do the instrument surround in leather? Hadn't considered that either, but may be a nice touch.
I did leather door sills and have zero scuff marks. The plastic ones looked cheap compared to the rest of the interior. They look nice everytime you get in and out, as well as looking to the passenger side and seeing them.

The instrument surround comes in leather if you order the extended leather option which IMO completes the dashboard on top. Cheers!

The factory forgot to install the leather instrument surround so I'm just waiting for it to come in. You can tell the difference in brighter light. But again, I originally had the plastic door sills but then ordered the leather ones afterwards and am glad I did.

Steering column in leather is a no brainer. You'll be happy with it!

@07CarreraS - great feedback, and appreciate the pics! The door sill looks excellent in leather. My build is locked, but I can always look after market if the plastic bothers me.

Instrument surround in leather (XNG) for 17 TTS at least must be separately ordered (US$370) even with extended dash leather option (CZW) which I believe covers the area/hump above the instrument surround. Maybe it's different between models but I have both options inbound on a 17tts and both on my 16 TTS. On the dark interiors you barely see it but I agree it's a good add if going leather route and have the steering column in leather.

When choosing the extended dashboard leather option it automatically has the "instrument surround (upper section) included. Not sure why choosing the option separately is necessary.

Wow. Awesome. Wish I had the Burmeister in mine. But mine was not a build.... Maybe next time.

Can't think of anything I'd add other than if it would come with Margot Robbie in the passenger seat.

What is leather instrument surround?

It's clearly not leather dash or leather steering column is it?

That is a small piece of leather actually between the round instruments. Like a mask if you get the meaning.

It is not part of the extended dashboard.
