Thanks for the tip. Is forcing the debris out with the blower fine? Or can you vacuum the debris out. I bought canisters of compressed air, but that doesn't look like it will work.

Compressed air (portable compressor) + powerful canister vac with a crevice tool/step down nozzle is my solution to clean out.

Let me re-iterate the comment that Zunsport are seeking a donor vehicle on which we can complete the final detail for these grilles. If you can allow us to use your car you will receive a full set of grilles and a refund of your fuel expenses in getting to us. We just just need one car and after that grilles will be available for all a few weeks later. Come on, guys - help us and your fellow owners

We are indeed in the UK.

We are located at Norton Canes in the West Midlands not far from the M6 Motorway, and just a few minutes from the M6 Toll Road. There must be a UK owner out there who can help our friends on the other side of the pond.

Default Had Rennline grill screens installed on my 991.1 TTS

4 hours labor. Major issue was disconnecting front radar/laser modules that did not have a quick disconnect. Wires were snaked around front radiator housing making on and off difficult. Needed to be careful to make sure everything was intact and functional afterwards. Car has 7300 miles and a fair amount of debris/leaves in radiator housing. Very pleased with the results. Did this at my chief mechanic's new shop which is super busy with designing and testing his exhaust systems. He used my GT3 last year for test fitting some prototype exhaust headers. He installed Rennline grill screens and welded my coolant pipes my 07 GT3 about 5 years ago.

Can someone post good comparison pics of Rennline vs ZunSport grills installed? Do the Rennline grills look better because of their install-from-behind design? Is it worth the effort vs being able to install from the front and remove from time to time to clean out debris?

I have to reinforce the importance of these grills. I don't track my car, and didn't bother to get these since I couldn't be bothered to remove my bumper, and the Rennline wouldn't fit my car because of the location of my front radar antenna.

Well a couple of weeks ago my AC condenser was punctured by a small rock. Unaware of this I took the car in and the service guy told me of the root cause and the $1300 cost to replace the condenser.

I ordered the Rennline grills and will have the Porsche service department install them while they have the bumper off to replace the condenser.

These are not just for track cars, but critical for road users too. I don't understand why they aren't fitted from the factory. It really seems dumb to me.

Yeah I don't get it either. those screens should be a factory install. They are installed on GT3 and the RS Porsche. My dealer would not install the screens said they are not official Porsche parts. Ok. And BS that they block air flow.
