A quick update- Since we moved to a buffet and the group is getting larger we are now in our own room at Baja Cantina that can accommodate up to 61 people if we get that large. The Mexican Fiesta Buffet with service charge and tax, gets us to 32.38 per person, and with a drink or other add on will be around $35.50. I will finalize everything tomorrow. But right now, the big news is we can a larger group, so here's the list as it stands with most confirmed:

A quick update on the dinner details. I have put down the deposit on the buffet today. 52 people is the practical limit for seating, while we can go higher to 61, then there is not much room for mixing. We will have a cash bar with wine, beer and margaritas in the room starting at 6:00, with dinner starting at 7:00. Cash bar means just that, no credit cards. Dinner is the Mexican Fiesta Buffet, chips and dip will be on the tables and we will also have one add on appetizer of Rosemary Chicken Fajitas before dinner. The grand total per person then is right at 35.50, again drinks are on your own.
In the next week or so I am going to contact vendors and Porsche for giveaways for our event, if we get something really special we can have a raffle for those items. Anyone who has industry contacts or knows someone worth contacting at Porsche please let me know so I can get in touch with them. I would think as most of us are 991 GT3 owners this is a great group to show appreciation (hint: Porsche!) or to target for aftermarket. Still room, we are at approximately 39 right now, so feel free to sign up!
