Tirerack has them, even though they are listed as backorder. I just ordered online and got a set within less than a week. Just make sure to order N0 tires, not K-spec.

I tried to order on Tire Rack, and they called immediately and said they had no idea when they were getting anymore in. They suggested I talk to a Porsche dealer (as others have said). Apparently Michelin is backordered on a few of their models, including the super sports in some sizes. The rep at TR said that Michelin hasn't given them any reasoning.

Michelin is a bit of a mess at the moment, can't even tell us dealers when stock will be available. I got a little warning about it in early August but the shortage seems worse than anticipated. I attempted to stock up in anticipation but it was already too late.

I've got 1 set of Sport Cup 2 in stock for the front of a 991 GT3 and two sets of rears for the 997 GT3. Kind of frustrating to not be able to make a set!!

Call them up and request it. That's what I did. The tech rep said that they are hoping to put out the RE71R in 20 more sizes in the next 6 months. The more people that ask for GT3 sizes the better the chance that they will include them in the planning.

Call your local Porsche dealer. Mine was able to order a set for me with 2 days notice.

Yes, they really blew it. It's not like tires wear out in one track weekend (for most of us, anyway), so if I go with Dunlops or Pirellis, we're talking a few thousand miles at a minimum before I buy the Michelins. I may keep with those if Michelin supply continues to be an issue. Who wants to risk having to wait forever, or have to switch all four to another brand if you ruin one Michelin and can't find a replacement?

Shop is www.4cornertireshop.com and number there is 954.772.4921

But best way is to shoot me an email, call, or text so I can take care of you personally. Friends and family discount is cheaper than anything else out there.

But if anyone makes an inquiry via the website and mentions Rennlist in the comments, it will come directly to me as well. So it's an extended family.

Leave it to the MSR boys to come up with an out-of-the-box solution.
