Slip,

Thanks for the awesome pics and report! Since reading this, I've tried to find out how to sign up for the Porsche Sport Driving School at Spa, and am having difficulty obtaining info on it. Porsche's own website on international Sport Driving Schools does not list Spa as a location, and the director of the Porsche Sport Driving School in Birmingham, Alabama is not aware of Spa being a location for this. Is there any info you can share on how to sign up for the Driving School at Spa?

Thanks.

Denny, this is the website you're after:
https://drivingexperience.porsche.co...l/event-search

But expect to pay a lot for car rental.

Thanks NateOZ! Thanks Peter!

Either of you know if it's allowed to bring your own car to one of these driving events? I was thinking of combining one of these programs with ED of a 991.2 RS.

Yes, I'm doing 18 track days ion 8 tracks I n 4 weeks.
There'd be more Mancation style but wifey is tagging along and Porsche restricts the fun to 6000Km..

I'll give you a list of websites if you email me peter at trakcar.com or search European track day thread that I started.

Denny, the links provided will take you to the right areas to book the Porsche track days. Normally Porsche prefer that you've completed their other training levels (or similar) prior to doing the masterclasses. You can take your own car if you prefer (it doesn't have to be a Porsche but it's preferred). Cost for a masterclass with the new RS, track hire,Porsche instructor is around €12k for two days.

It's about to get better..... Will be at the Nurburgring this week for another two day Porsche Masterclass with the RS..... What better way to pass the time while waiting for my RS to arrive than drive the factory cars on iconic tracks around the world.... Life could be worse...

More pics to follow.

When I attended the GT3 event in Atlanta, I asked about the discrepancy between the 2000 mi break-in on US models and the 'no break-in' on European models. The tech on-hand shared a couple of things. First, the difference is largely driven by fuel additives. Apparently, additives put in US fuels require a break-in but European fuels do not get these same additives.

Secondly, the legal environment in the US creates an added dose of caution...
