I think we should just all cruise the 405 between the 110 and 10, during 4-7 p.m., on a weekday.

In one single-file line.

We'll make the evening news.

Haha...i come from Orange County. Do you guys only drive these cars 80-100 miles at a time? I was doing 4-500 miles of twisties in 1 shot during my break-in period.

Its actually around 10-15 miles beyond Newcombs. I was trying to get over the hill to the 138 to continue up to Big Bear when I came to the closed road. The nice part about the section past Newcombs-----No Cops. And a tunnel.

I mean, I'm pretty tired after a spirited drive up past Newcombs...I don't know what kind of pace you run but I couldn't handle the pace we usually drive at for 400-500 miles

Which day are you guys planning to go? Hopefully, I will have my GT4. I want to see if I can keep up with the GT3s.

So, I went up to Newcombs last weekend to see what it was like. It was good, however, I should have gone earlier. I found out the busy hours are from 9-11 a.m. and it's much slower earlier with Newcombs opening at 7:00 a.m. Also, the road is apparently open if we want to go past Newcombs.

Jon can't make it so, I'm posting available dates for all interest. Please post your preferred date and the most requested date wins.

1. HFM (August 15, 22, 29, September 5)

Who is it Car & Driver or Road & Track have some roads they test their cars out behind Tehachapi. I would like to know that exact route because supposedly no one drives it. Like the Loop up North!

I just came back from a 400 mile drive in my GT3. I wish I could do it every week.

Everything in this car is above expectation. Better even in many parts from my SCUDERIA.

I enjoyed it mostly on the AUTO Mode. Just enjoy the drive and let the car shift by it self.

Will try to fit it in depending on your dates. I've got races 9/12-9/13 and 10/3-10/4.
