CCM Brake Under 19" Wheels
As part of our commitment to CCM brake development, we have just released our 380mm CCM brake kits for Lexus RC F, follow by Mercedes C63 and BMW M4:
Lexus CCM Brakes:
http://forums.racingbrake.com/showthread.php?t=1453
Mercedes CCM Brakes:
http://mbworld.org/forums/c63-amg-w2...ake-c63-2.html
BMW CCM Brakes:
http://forums.racingbrake.com/showthread.php?t=1455RB/CCM 380mm brake kits general feature:
Compact (fit under 19" wheels)
Affordable
Prototype brake pads (sintered) dedicated to dealing with CCM rotors higher heat than traditional iron were tested by ZR1 and GT-R track racers. Formulation was approved and are being tooled for a production sample schedule in end July with official release in August.
To assure quicker turn around on rotors, we also committed to stocking CCM discs from ST in our Fullerton facility.
With this new brake pad development along with our stiffer and better calipers, we expect to greatly improve the serviceability and durability of CCM brakes.
We look forward to working with Porsche track enthusiasts along with other car communities for this challenge.
Thank you.

These rotors are fully compatible with the standard iron brake (380x34 front and 380x30 rear).
Rotors are designed by RacingBrake with Surface Transforms CCM-X discs and you can run them with trimmed OEM pads for pccb, or upgrade to RB calipers for a more compatible track and street compound specifically made for CCM rotors.
We know this set up is not for everyone, rather it's simply an option for those GT3/GT4 owners who already committed to standard iron brakes but want to experience CCM without the pccb worry of cost (initial and replacement) and fragility.
Another advantage is this 380mm CCM rotor kit allows you to run 19" wheels (vs. OE's 20") - Save you money on tire replacement and more wheels choice.

We just received one lot of 380x34 CCM-X discs in from Surface Transforms, and would like to propose an upgrade CCM rotor kit just for the front.
This rotor kit will be made to the same exact dimension as OE iron rotors.
1. Retain the use of same OE (red) caliper
2. Upgrade only the front rotors
2. Can use the same pccb pad
3. Very affordable pricing ($5,500/pair*)
4. Reduce tracking cost by running 19" wheels/tires
5. Receive full after service and back up from RB including re-furbishing
6. Refurbishing cost is less than iron ring replacement
Mercedes starts this front CCB (390x36) option available for their C63S.
*We collectively use the same size of CCM-X rotors for the following and more applications to bring our cost down.

Here is an updated reply for CCM rotor upgrade from standard brakes, and the proposed combo:
We can make a special bundle with RB/ST CCM front (save 12lb ea) and RB Iron rear light weight two piece (save 4 lb ea).
Iron rotor kit:
http://www.racingbrake.com/RB-Iron-R...por-irk-05.htm
This combo can save you 32 lbs but at about 1/2 of the full CCM cost (below
$7K).
Front only CCM option has become popular as seen on OE optional upgrade such as Mercedes C63 S, and BMW M3/M4 and RB offers the same to both communities for those who purchase the car with standard iron brakes but want better value than from OE.
The merit of this combo is that you still retain at stock iron configuration, which allows you to swap between CCM and iron run at lower cost than full pccb, or upgrade the rear also to CCM later.
Very flexible and save tons of unsprung weight and money.
380/380mm RB CCM Conversion for 991 GT3 w/C-L Hub w/Std brakes Weight saving total 48 Lbs Cost est 12.5
380/380mm RB CCM Conversion for 991 GT3 w/C-L Hub w/Std brakes (P/N 2C67 & 2C29)
