Default Your neighborhood.....

I'm wondering how many of you are viewed as being absolutely nuts by your neighbors regarding your car obsession? The look on peoples faces when I bring home another car is priceless. Years ago they would ask/make statements like "how many can you drive at once?" or "geez...how many cars do you NEED?"...now they simply treat me like I have an illness and just smile when I pass.

I'd love to hear some stories.......

My neighbors thought I just keep painting my GT3 wheels...
I guess the purple RS will have them question me more than they do already after currently driving black 964 with green! accents and a '93 500E.

Default Cars

Funny, my neighbours hate me cuz I'm 31 years old i have the nicest house and cars on the street, its a very mature neighbourhood i think my wife and i are the youngest, my previous cars were a mercedes ml63, bmw x6, 550 gt, cayenne, escalade a Denali dually, gt3, and still own 3 08-10 race prepped gsxr 750's, only two of us live in the house with a 4 year old who owned his first Honda cr50 with training wheels when he turned 2, one of them actually asked me if I sell cocaine, lol really I know, my answer to him was yes sircastically. He then put up a survalence camera pointed on my driveway within a week, lol my neighbours are ****ed and I plan to move to the boons where my next door neighbour is at least a mile away. For everyone's info I own and operate a general construction company since 2007 and my wife is a interior decorator, designer and project manager.

I've listened to the why do you need so many cars,before.. I said I just enjoy them...I think my friends in the neighborhood are use to it, the ones that know me are like so what are you going to get next...The tough part was getting my wife of 20 years use to it now she's kinda of like don't sell that one because she likes it...

I use a pressure washer, so night time washes would probably result in the police arriving and asking stupid questions. Funny on the dealer comment. I had that question as well back 15 years ago when I bought my 964.

You should see the looks I get when I'm talking to the camera. They all think I'm insane. The UPS guy thought I painted my C2S blue.

My 'hood occupies 300 or so acres of forest and there are 15 houses.

I don't know my neighbours. I don't want to know my neighbours. I don't care what they think about anything.

^ u are lucky.
i have a lot in the boons 320 acres (it's farm land little house cheap dont get too excited). and guess what.... my neighbor whom i never met complained to city.... i was disturbing the native salamanders (i dont even know what those things are) and some sort of red hawk...... ONLY IN CALIFORNIA.....

so now instead of building and disturbing nature. i use it for agricultural purposes. i grow marajuana, so if you see me on channel 7 news. you know why.

back to doublerex... how is martis camp? we financed some stuff there. i think $3MM buy one of the cheapest unit? who would know that truckee now commands such $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
