To my eye, the 650S was ugly compared to the 12C, which was beautiful in its simplicity. The 675 is a more cohesive design that improves upon the 650S substantially.

Resale on McLarens is a disaster as far as I can tell. May not matter to some.

Saw a black P1 on PCH today, WOW what a car! On a Mac, if you get a 12c used...it is a great value w extended warranty.

LT was supposed to be for Long Tail...i mostly see long nose on these pics. The rear is improved, but, forgive me, i don't see any link to the F1 LongTail, which, having seen one live, really makes a difference.

Agree the 675 looks very nice in the pics. Macs look good in white, really accentuates the basic shape of the car which is its nicest aesthetic feature IMHO.

Yes I picked up a 2014 12C Spider with 2500 miles for 30+% off MSRP from the frozen Midwest few months back!! Would have hated to be the guy who bought it new!!!

Limited to only 500 cars and sold out in certain markets already. Nice looking,

We don't even have a Porsche dealer in Des Moines, Iowa's largest city by far.
So I've only seen a McLaren, never driven one. Same for Ferrari's and Lambo's.

1. For me the first drawback is that I don't think McLaren has the cache (looks, reputation, status) of a Ferrari. although it may come in time.
2. The depreciation factor on new ones is alarmingly.

Still a 12C bought at or near the bottom of the market would be a hell of a ride and tempting if I had the money and space.

Don't feel bad. There isn't a Porsche dealer in the whole state of Vermont.

Agree with above.
I lived in DSM for 4 years. I hated driving to Omaha for Porsche service or having them pick up my car. There's 3 here locally now. What a difference.

So now are the prices of the used 650s models going to drop like stones too?
