Great wheels. 11k is too much though especially come resale when they will go sadly for 4k-5k.

BBS needs to make these in 19"s for half the price
The seller is a good friend of mine so....

Had these wheels on my Scud. Some of the lightest, strongest, and best looking wheels on the market i.m.o.

Edit… mine were just the F.I.'s, not F.I.R's.

9000 for 19"? That is a good price. How come they are cheaper than the previous F1? Not that I am complaining.

9000 for wheels is a good price for wheels? I think we have different ideas of what $9000 is. If I was going to blow 9k, I'd probably get a Patek or something that holds its value. No one will be able to tell the difference between a 2k and 9k set of wheels, like no one can tell the difference between a 2k and 9k watch. :-)

not many 9k patek anymore. paid a lot more than that for jumbo nautilus.
wheels are a disease. i used to think 9000 for 4 wheels was $$
i just paid $9000 for two bicycle wheels. i am still in shock myself. so much so i bought another set (lightweight milenstein schwartz obermyer)!

but you are right PP holds value way better!

On some cars, cheaper wheels play. However, when choosing for high performance whips, construction techniques and build quality matter a bit more. I drive my cars pretty hard and safety matters. BBS makes a ultra high quality solution. Honestly, steering and brake feel have both improved over the stock setup and I couldn't be happier with the choice I made. I normally would never buy preowned, but with these wheels, I really had no choice if I wanted them now since BBS isn't planning to sell the FI-R's state side for a few more months.
