I'm making tentative plans to meet up with a couple of other GT3 owners on Sunday am.

I know there's the PCA Snowflake rally happening on the same time but I feel like driving in a smaller GT3 only group. I was thinking of meeting up around 8am near the city and heading out to Captree in Long Island.

BTW, Ocean Parkway police have not been very friendly to +55mph non usa rides...just sayin'

Are the Ocean Parkway police strict with no front plates also?? Will need to keep it below 55 mph, but do we need to affix the front plate somehow?

Unfortunately I'm not around, ski season still in high gear I'll be at Stratton. Have a great time and hoist a coffee for me. Hopefully catch up with everyone soon once it gets warmer

I will have just picked up my GT3 from the detailer / clear bra installation the day before and have no miles on the car yet. That being said, I'm in albeit I'll be in break-in mode as it will be first tank of gas I will be running through!

I've been going there on Sundays for years with no front plate - I've had one ticket for I think, $65? There are also plenty of opportunities to go a little higher than 55mph, but I always like to keep things slower close to captree.
