any 991 gt3 owners in southern Ontario (Canada)?

Great photos! Here's hoping for some better weather in southern Ontario for you guys. BTW, heard that 172 GT3s delivered in Canada to date. Does anyone have info that can confirm that number?

If 3mph's numbers are right sounds like Canada got roughly 10 per cent of 2014-2015 total production, not bad for a small population. Awesome pics J. Elliot...our cars are twins.
Hope to see people April 25, Shops at Don Mills (Toronto) 10 a.m. GT3/GT2, all generations cars and coffee. I hope to take and distribute everyone's names, emails so that we can have our own local network of enthusiasts.

Total Canadian allocation was 175.
When it comes to GT3 ownership, Canaidians have the highest per capita ownership world wide.
This was true with the 997 models as well.
I guess we like our cars with some heart and a little bit of soul.

I picked up my GT3 from Porsche of London this morning and started the break in as well as rotor break in ( as recommended by Giro Disc for their rotors ). We ended up at Grand Bend Raceway in the staging lane for a picture, the track looked really good but is not open yet.
So far the GT3 has exceeded my expectations for street driving. I need to put on lots of Kilometers over the next couple of weeks so it is ready for May 2nd, opening day at the Bend.

Get together April 25, 10 a.m., Shops at Don Mills, 1090 Don Mills Rd. in Toronto. Please park across from the Metro as usually all inside parking spots are taken along the shops.
There is a Starbucks close by as well as a tea shop inside the shopping area.
Any GT2s, GT3s welcome, all years, or anyone from Rennlist who wants to drop by to take pics or socialize.
Anyone interested can provide their email/cellular phones on a register which I will distribute so we can have a GTA and beyond local network of GT2/3 owners.
Those who cannot make it feel free to PM me with your car details (ie. year, model, colour), email and/or cell. phone so I can add to our local list.
Cheers,
Evan

Are aspiring GT3 owners welcome? I hope to one day get a 991.2 if one will be launched. In the meantime it would be nice to chat with current owners their experience and if possible, try out the LWB and non LWB so I have a sense what I should order if I get there.

Hey QQQ, yes, aspiring GT3 owners welcome too. I just hope we do not get too huge a crowd to attract the attention of mall management. Some do not like supercar gatherings, although many of us will be customers at their coffee house.

no worries xliang. If you cannot make it PM and I can add you on our unofficial registry.
There is a large parking area about 100 feet south of the Metro grocery building which I hope will be sufficient room to accommodate everyone. It is more secluded but a short walk to the main shopping area.
