guess it's for delivered cars, I'm stuck in the LWBS limbo. Car has yet to be built and is delayed. No letter.

Nice! I long thought PAG/PCNA went beyond what it had to do to correct the engine issue, and even so a lot of whining was posted here. This now is icing on the cake, as it looks like a nicely tailored DE program in their new Driver Experience Center.
