You've driven your car > 3000 miles. I hardly feel bad for you.

Had no issues to speak of - I think I hit morganton highway, wolf pen gap, richard b russell, unicoi turnpike. Don't exactly know my route... trying to retrace it as best I can on google maps. - I literally just went driving, turning down any road that looked interesting.
Good to know; Richard B. Russell will likely be closed once it snows the first time. That is my favorite road in the region, although it's closely rivaled by sections of Highway 60 (Morganton highway) beyond Wolfpen gap aka 180.

There's a 993 drive on NYE that I will probably go to in my GT3 that hits all those roads.

That's super cool. I can't wait to come up to the mountains with the GT3 group in the spring!

There was a little gravel and such, but nothing of major concern or out of the ordinary. 215 from Rosman to Waynesville NC is my favorite road. But that was a bit far for an afternoon drive !

I grew up in North Georgia and learned to drive on those rural roads; I did 215 2 years ago on NYE in my 993 after the formal group had split up. I did 400+ miles that day, almost entirely on 2 lane roads.
