This thread is for the March 7, 2015 Get Together and Run. Signing up will provide us with anticipated turn-out.
We anticipate Ortega Highway being part of the run. Not to scare people into passing on the get together and run, please take a moment to read these 10 year old threads about Ortega and be cognizant that safety is our first priority.

Our lunch stop will be at Glistening Perfection who has graciously offered lunch. 2701 Aliso Creek Road, Aliso Viejo.
You do not have to own or bring a GT3 to attend. A Porsche is preferred but not required. We appreciated a black sheep lambo that showed last run. All Rennlist / 6Speed members are welcome to attend.
If you're interested, please list name and preferred dates.

GUIDELINES
1. Safety is the first and foremost concern. Do not drive beyond your limits or the limits of your GT3. If you want to go a little faster, you're up front. If you want to take it easy, stay in the rear. Remember many of us will be in break in and have slippery new tires even if they are MPSC2s.
2. Keep enough distance between you and the car in front of you. Please do not tailgate, there is no reason for it at all.
3. Keeping speeds at or near speed limit will make this a fun, safe and enjoyable run for everyone. Recognize local law enforcement, LAPD, CHP and Sheriff departments read these forums. We are fine with them doing so because we are mature enthusiasts who plan to have a safe run at or near speed limits.
4. Gas up in advance of attendance. Check your tires for pressure and wear.
5. Please have Waze available to locate a way point in case you get separated.
6. I am not an event coordinator and anyone attending this run does so at his or her own risk and assumes the liability for any personal injury or property damage.

RAIN PLANNING
Regarding possible rain:
Safety remains our first priority. Your responses clearly indicate we'd prefer a delay to the next weekend in the event of rain. While we appreciate GMG's very kind offer for lunch this weekend at their open house, based upon responses received, we'll only be attending as a group weather permitting. Obviously, if we reschedule, interested folks are still welcome to attend on their own.
So, the present plan is that we will proceed with the run on Saturday as long as it's clear. If it rains, we'll reschedule for the next weekend. Another vendor located in Orange county has also kindly offered to provide us with lunch at the end of the run next weekend. And, we could meet up there at our option as well. We'll check the weather Friday and Saturday morning and a post will be made very early Saturday morning as to status. Thanks everyone for keeping up-to-date.

Beware Ortega is right! We may have more rain through January that could create more slides but by February, we should be clear of rain and slides. Aside from members taking delivery in January, that maybe another reason February maybe a good idea.

This thread is for the January or February 2015 Get Together and Run. I recall preferences for February requested due to January expected deliveries. We again request names of attendees and available weekend dates to be put after names. The most commonly agreeable date will likely end up our designated date. Signing up will provide us with anticipated turn-out.
The route will be outlined later after consultation with Shaun/Cingulus as well as other OC owners who may have best suggestions for our ride route. We anticipate Ortega Highway being part of the run. Not to scare people into passing on the get together and run, please take a moment to read these 10 year old threads about Ortega and be cognizant that safety is our first priority.

Our lunch stop will be at GMG who has graciously offered to stuff our faces. James with GMG has already reached out and we will coordinate accordingly. It will certainly be nice to check out this Rennlist sponsor and manufacturer's facilities.
