Beware Ortega is right! We may have more rain through January that could create more slides but by February, we should be clear of rain and slides. Aside from members taking delivery in January, that maybe another reason February maybe a good idea.

I'm in for later Feb sometime; I don't expect my GT3 until very end of Jan, then gotta get it to Moe for a condom.

Have a look at www.doodle.com - cool free site for people to agree on dates for things - might be easier to keep track of than a forum thread..

I know it's a hike for you LA guys but for one of these meets you may want to consider a Palomar Mountain drive. Go up the south grade (S6) and go down the east grade (S7). You can make it a loop, repeat as desired. It's fantastic.

Cingulus has provided a few route options:

I agree that a part of Palomar perhaps looping down and around back up heading to Ortega and ending up at GNG in Santa Ana maybe a very nice run. We'd want to make this a 2-3 hour drive to GMG likely with a meet time of 9:00 a.m., departure time at about 9:30 a.m. and lunch time at 12:00.
Dan (suggests anyone caring to map out a route use plotaroute.com)

GMG has an open house February 28, 2015. As it is a workable date for everyone, especially those awaiting delivery and as it is convenient with our lunch host, we're setting this for February 28, 2015. Route scheduling remains pending. Thanks.
