Nice! Another rennlist buddy on the same ship. It's passing through through the canal now!

Buckets here!!

I'm excited to see how my build turns out- went with CF trim only on the center console- hope it doesn't look weird! Full leather with red stitching, otherwise pretty std build. We will see.

Default Now in the Pacific

The Glovis Companion has cleared the canal and is now in the Pacific. According to vesseltracker.com her ETA for San Diego is now 12/20 at 1700 hrs. Since I'm only a 2 hr drive from San Diego I'm thinking about driving down to Pt. Loma next Saturday to watch her come in. How OCD is that?

Since Mooty is one of Porsche's largest customers, they have arranged special delivery. We are lucky to be on the same ship, here's a picture I found of the Glovis Companion:

Last I had heard was S.D. on the 24th, and Bellingham Wa. on Jan. 9. So S.D. on the 20th sounds good. I have a Carmine Red C4S Duck Tail on board.

Default Glovis Companion ETA per Port of San Diego

As of yesterday's update, the Port of San Diego expects Glovis Companion 12/20 at 0400.

My dealer is only 100 miles from port. Might it be here by Christmas Eve? That may be pushing it, but by New Year's seems entirely likely.
