I'm not so sure a 2014 at $5K under MSRP is a good deal. I have to look at it this way:
I finally took delivery of my 2014, 5 1/2 months late. My original deal was MSRP ($148,305 very nicely optioned.) Earlier this week, I received my compensation check for a little over $11K, so in essence I paid $137,290, plus the extra year warranty. My thinking is this: if you take delivery of a 2014 NOW, you should also get the compensation, otherwise, get a 2015 and be done with it.

MMR prices from above are 2013 year cars....your 2012 trade number is probably close.

It's my guess on the number of 2015 us GT3's. There were 785 2014 worldwide. About 400 of those came to the states. I think the 2015 production was a little higher.

So, most are sold. There are some available, but it wouldn't call it "flooding" the market in any way.

Use Edmunds it will be close. It was very close on my 991S trade with 4100 miles. It will cost you trust me, but worth it!

Galves.com is also a pretty good service - a lot of out of marque dealers use it for trade values so the data is often reliable. They won't post it until they have a good enough data set, so it would probably still be limited for '14s, but ok for '13s.

Galves is also only for dealers, they say they validate every request. Edmunds didn't have a great selection of options when I tried before but I guess they don't hold a lot of value anyway! Thanks for all the tips.

What did you decide? I agree with the folks who said to go for a 15 at MSRP, both bc $5k isn't enough and bc you'll have to explain to people it's not a recall car despite being a 2014. Being able to spec every option is worth something greater than zero in my opinion, especially for a car that costs 150-170k.

You can sign up for Galves as an individual - I have an account and just reactive it when I need to, I think they offer a 24 hour and 7 day subscription for $5 and maybe $10 or something.

The free account was only for dealers, I was able to buy 1 week access for ten bucks.

Annnnd there is no market value yet for a 2012-2014 C4S coupe. oh well!
