Default Matte black wrap

Taking the GT3 to Kansas City Tuesday for clear bra and some wrap. He has three different matte blacks all 3M, and said he get me which ever I want. Is anyone familiar with these colors or have a suggestion on matte black wrap colors? I can always redo it but if I could get it right the first time all the better. I know some wraps can have sheen to them or perhaps a deeper black. Haven't seen the car yet.

Cyrek, you are wrapping the whole car in black? Or just certain parts?

I saw a 3M "Matte Dark Gray" at the track this weekend on an R8 and it looked awesome. Not black, but a dark graphite gray that just looked mean.

Just doing some parts but maybe the hood. It's been suggested the carbon fibre wrap too, but I was going to do just matte black on a red car.

I've seen a color like you describe on an MB and it looked really good, better than black IMHO. Not sure whether it is 3M or Avery who made the film I saw.

A friend in NZ has just done his hood prior to the 7 day Targa New Zealand tarmac rally. I like it...

He told me Avery was his other supplier. The deep black he described sounded good but I'd still like to hear it from someone who has done it.

That looks like it. Do we know who makes that film?

Good spotting. Yes that's the Kiwi flag....not permanent but for a bit of fun I think and so easily spotted from the air...the wing in matt black came out well too...

the flag is cool. Nice color blue. Great for a Targa car!
