Peter, I'll do some testing with freezing them. You've had them fresh, so you might be a good test subject!
The exchange program might be a good idea too. The fly and drive program, and yet feel at home!

peter doesn't have the fine pastry palette i do. most things he finds too sweet. freeze them, buy me a tix. send me to hot FL. I will test ur croissant, financier, doughy biscotti ( ur best creation so far), morning bun, peach crumble and certify them with mooty stars.

I'm bumping this thread in light of the discussions of 2014s changing hands above sticker. This car is available for MSRP. It was first completed in March. I met armando, didn't get to meet his croissants! Very distraught, they look fantastic. Mother is pastry chef, i like a good croissant.
