Just got confirmation my 2015 is on the Kentucky Highway. ETA Houston Port Oct 31. It does appear no 2014's on the vessel since no delays expected at the ports.

This is getting a little crazy, but for what it's worth the Wisteria Ace, the vessel with the remaining 2014 GT3s, has left Davisville at 5 PM on its way to Houston - took only 26 hours to unload. This leaves dock space for Kentucky Highway which is just southeast of CapeCod near the Georges Bank. 12 - 14 hours to port.

One post said the Wisteria Ace landed today at 1230, and if it left at 530 to Texas, how does that equal 26 hours?

It must have been a very small drop if it unloaded in 5 hours though.

Ian Moon just confirmed my 2015 is on Kentucky Highway docking in Houston Oct 27 and I could expect dealer delivery Nov 7. That will be 14 plus months since order and deposit.

Ian Moon's info is terrible at best. He only sends schedules w/ lots of buffer in the timing. He's telling me retail delivery of 11/7 out of a DC-based dealer even though the boat is docking today. It's been 17 months for me if that makes you feel any better

Hate to burst your bubble, but he may not be far off. GT3's are delivered to the dealer on special transport with a lift. They need to get enough GT3's prepped and ready for delivery. While that timeline may be conservative, my car arrived in San Diego on August 18th. It was delivered to my dealership on September 8, and delivered to me on the 11th.

There are a lot of factors at play that impact delivery time from the port to your dealer. In 2012 I waited 5 weeks for an early 991 Cab. My 2015 GT3 is on the Kentucky Highway along with many others here on the forum, and my dealer advised that I should expect 5 to 10 days - their information is usually pretty accurate based upon their recent experience.

The lift gate part is true, however, my GT3 arrived in a liftgate truck with three macans a panamera and a cayenne. I too thought that GT3's rode together, but that is definitely not the case.

It's "at anchor" who knows why - only one ship is at Davisville and the docks that the vehicle vessels use can take two vessels at the same time. Clearing out he 2014 GT3s from Davisville before accepting 2015s? I doubt it, these ship have to cost a small fortune sitting at anchor.
