Ceramics?
My current build does not have ceramics. Car will be tracked heavily. Not concerned about the weights savings. If I was I'd be on a diet. Love no dusting. Concerned about damage and replacement cost of a rotor.
Should I stick with steel or switch? Opinions and discussion please.

I believe if you are going to track heavy then Steel the way to go.
If you are not going to track much of all than PCCBs the way to go.
But - the is no evidence, yet, if the new generation PCCBs can endure heavy tracking when compared to Steel. But - replacing PCCBs will still be a fortune in the end.

How much do you think it will cost to put aftermarket ceramics on your car like movitbrakes? Do they have a size that will fit w/o having to do a major overhaul?
