This is for a Cayenne Turbo S BTW, not a GT3.
Custom - 3d printed with steering column mount for display etc. I don't have Picts handy but if you go to aidesign.com and look at recent projects - mine is the yellow GT3. They might have a cayenne up there too.

Note also that now you can buy an STiR+ standalone antenna that gets integrated into the ALP for an all-in-one system. Only downside is you lose the GPS-based bogey lockout. But honestly that's been pretty flakey on my STiR+ anyway.

I had Porsche of Nashua (NH) install a 9500ci in my GT3. I provided the 9500ci and they did the installation for something like $800 or $900.

Lowest price by an authorized dealer of both products. I ordered from here, ask for Tom.

Make sure it's a Beltronics authorized dealer. If not bye bye warranty.

90 to 95% of laser hits are done in front of the vehicle. Some states, are now using laser at overpasses and shooting at rear license plate.

RDforums.com has more info on this.

I am considering the installation of the antilaser priority system. I spoke with one installer who recommended front antilaser installation only. He stated the the vast majority of laser hits are in the front. In addition, there is the vast proliferation of vehicles with laser anti collision avoidance systems, such as Audi and Lexus, creating annoying laser pollution, which is significant, especially if that vehicle is following you. I am not sure if I should go naked in the rear. Anyone else have some thoughts?

Your installer is spot on. No need to do rear. Very rare a cop will tag you from the rear. They are looking for reflective surfaces like headlights, parking lights, license plates. Harder to do from the rear so they avoid.

Also I decided to mount shifters in front of screens. Reason being you want them as prominent as possible in order to have maximum coverage. The issue, of course, is stealth look. Despite being in front of screens, still well hidden given how low the car is.

I was going through same consideration, but they just stick out to far in front of the bumper if you put them in front of the screen. So I'm going to bite the bullet and just trim the screen. They should be easy enough to replace when the time comes, if necessary.

For the antilaser priority, are two front shifters sufficient? My installer recommended three, which seems like overkill.
