After Crash Porsche 991 GT3 costs €49,900
from the article:
Porsche is asking €137,303 for the latest 911 GT3 before adding any optional equipment but it's probably still a better deal than to purchase this wrecked car which costs €49,900. It doesn't even matter that it has all the optional goodies possible as getting the car back into shape is a time-consuming and overly expensive process that's just not worth it.

Assuming that is a pre-swap engine, will Porsche do the swap for that smashed engine? Maybe a unique situation.
If they do the swap, €49,900 could be a decent price. With the car you are getting a brand new GT3 Engine (worth $50k?), plus all the salvage parts. While it will take time to part out that car, the sum of the remaining parts will be healthy - brakes, seats and full interior, PDK, most of the suspension, 3 wheels/tires etc.

That's the second time I've seen a 991 give up its engine. Not something you practically ever see in a 911. The last time I can bring to mind is a 997 GT2 RS that went over a fence at the ring at very high speed and most of the car was destroyed.
