I think you may be right. It's another reason why I decided to revert to stock.....it's highly likely the Porsche engineers know more about their exhaust system than someone like me capping vacuum lines in his garage.

Mike, I revved mine today while moving going to paddle neutral and hitting the throttle. I quickly went up to 7000 rev. It is a great way to get get someone off your tail.
