Sadly no congrats in order. I passed, too much other stuff going on. That's why I posted it here. Wife's talking crazy about getting a cabin in Big Bear, I can't have a cabin without a boat, can't get a boat unless it's big enough to go to Catalina... it's making all kinds of problems.

So you need 2 boats then. A boat big enough for Catalina is too big for Big Bear. You're in more trouble than you realize!

Yeah, I am a little nervous about a yellow car. White was my first choice and yellow was my second. Hopefully it doesn't affect the resale too much. My fiance' says she won't ride in it..

Sounds familiar. I just told my "boss' that were not buying in Arrowhead or Bear because I have to own on the water and every time we visit the docks get longer.

I bet if you run the numbers the depreciation on the GT3 will be less than a place in Big Bear after adding up all the expenses. That's of course if it's a second or third home.

Engeljizzle - Perfect. You do not want her in it. You know, my Wife has probably over the course of the last 7 years been in my sport cars probably 8 times. For me my car is where I relieve my stress of the week and can have a peace of mind. It is like when I golf. I am glad my Wife does not golf because that is where my buddies and I enjoy the time and smoke cigars
