What did Ferrari do for the exploding 458s when they were having that problem. Wasn't it something to dowith some adhesive getting too hot and then catching fire?

precisely. it was some glue which inflamed since it was not adapt for the high temperatures. what did ferrari do? i think they gave the owners a new car and that was that....

Yes, most of what we would call Tier 1 reps are female. The field doesn't become male dominated until you get to the Senior Specialists who are based out of HQ.
