Red and black look great. Personally, I agree about the comment about jelly bean colours ... I wish Porsche would recognise this and offer more.

Price is quite different (as well as wait time) for those 2...

I like them both...

Guys, white is the only way to go -with black wheels/silver lip like the 997.2 option which is absolutely stunning... white is the color of innocence, classy, sexy, understated, easy to clean, everything :-) :-)

I could search for this but it's late and I'm tired and I'm sure someone here knows and will have it posted by the time I get up tomorrow. What's the normal added wait time for a PTS car?

It all depends. There is an odd fellow here that keeps posting in our forum about 'Custom Ordering', 'PTS' and 'Deviating Stitching'. I think he said something to the effect that if you order a pre-approved color already vetted by Porsche, it will move along smoothly...as long as the PTS window is open on your particular model! If you don't and decide to do, literally, a real 'Paint-to-Sample' color on your Porsche, it's a crapshoot! It is all very confusing...windows opening & closing, painted samples on metal boards, fade test, acceptance or rejection letters and all sorts of malarkey! In fact, that fellow got so fed up with 'Porsche Exclusive' that he is now posting on another forum (Skoda or Audi, not sure) and is driving (I think) a '74 Beetle Convertible! Good grief!

Saludos,
Eduardo

If you've got some good shots of your car, maybe you could share.

Thanks guys. Eduardo, I knew it was you but I was off to bed and too lazy to search for your posts on the subject! Do you agree with Bill that assuming all the other factors line up, that PTS could delay production 6 months, or does that depend on the other factors you named? Best case scenario, how much time would be added?
